We, the undersigned players of Solo Leveling: ARISE, formally request Netmarble to address and rectify the widespread issue of false bans that have affected a significant portion of the player base.

Issue at Hand

Many players have been unjustly banned for alleged violations, such as using third-party programs or playing on rooted devices—despite the fact that they were playing fairly. Numerous reports across social media, Discord, and YouTube confirm that innocent players have received 30-day bans or longer with no valid reason.

The current appeal process is flawed:

Players who appeal receive generic, copy-paste responses without a true manual review of their cases.

The system automatically assumes guilt without providing evidence or proof of any wrongdoing.

Even after multiple appeals, Netmarble refuses to investigate individual cases, stating that bans are "valid" with no further verification.

This is unacceptable. Players invest their time, effort, and money into this game, only to be banned unfairly without recourse. This not only damages player trust but also affects the long-term health of the game.

Our Demands

We request the following actions from Netmarble and the Solo Leveling: ARISE team:

Proper Manual Reviews – Every player appeal should be fairly reviewed by a human, not just an automated system.

Transparency on Ban Reasons – Players should receive clear, specific reasons and evidence for their bans, not vague accusations.

An Immediate Investigation into False Bans – Players who were unfairly punished should have their accounts reinstated, and Netmarble should publicly acknowledge and correct wrongful sanctions.

Improvement of Anti-Cheat Measures – If the detection system is banning legitimate players, it needs to be re-evaluated and adjusted to prevent future mistakes.

Why This Matters

Unfair bans alienate the loyal player base and discourage new players from joining.

Players who have spent real money on the game are losing access to their accounts with no accountability from Netmarble.

The gaming community values fairness—ignoring this issue will hurt the reputation of Solo Leveling: ARISE and Netmarble as a whole.
