!! SUPER IMPORTANT CAMPAIGN UPDATE - PLEASE READ !!
Hi Warriors,
Thank you so much for your support so far! A petition is the first small step, but we also have a strong course of action that will further our campaign's success. Here's a quick update:
What We've Accomplished In Less than 24 Hours:
- We’ve just passed 500+ signatures on our petition
- We've contacted a city councillor for feedback and input to take our campaign to the next level
- We've promoted our campaign on 5+ social media platforms
These are Our Next Steps:
- Switch to an official Federal Government petition that we can propose to the House of Commons
- Contact Municipal, Provincial and Federal Representatives in the Government to help support our cause
- Seek and request an MP to authorize the publication of our Federal e-petition
- Compile a list of editors from News Outlets that are interested in our campaign
- Send follow-up emails to UW officials to add pressure for our cause
Help us gain more momentum by sharing this petition with ten other people. If each of you shares the petition, we can strengthen our voice and get our message across.
