Yesterday, the Internal Athletic Review Board made its Recommendation to the Chancellor at UNCW to cut 5 sports team, including Men's Cross Country and Men's Indoor Track. The Cross Country/Indoor Track Teams are grateful for the opportunities that UNCW has given us to compete at the Division 1 level, and we wish to continue our careers at UNCW. The reason for these cuts are financially based and also need to comply with Title IX . Please help us save these two sports and have the Chancellor change the recommendations that were given to him. Please spread this to all friends and family as well as any runners.
