I have lived in North Carolina for the past 8 years, and fully consider myself a resident by many standards, both lawful and demonstrative. My decision to stay in North Carolina was one based in finance and loyalty to the University and State that have come to be my home. If I am not granted in-state tuition, I will not be attending graduate school this year.

I was denied Residency for Tuition Purposes, and have been given the opportunity to appeal this decision. At my meeting to appeal, I would love to have a petition signed by those who know where my roots are planted -- North Carolina.
