Updated COVID Policy

The University of Memphis has still not put in place a requirement for the hybrid format. They have, however, put a policy in place that punishes students for going to class if exposed to COVID-19. This is a great example of damned if you do, damned if you don't. Students can be penalized for missing class and penalized for going to class.

We need a hybrid format. It is the only reasonable middle ground.
