A step-by-step plan and timeline to stop the genocide in Gaza and to open all Aid Routes within 96 HOURS

It is time to change our tactics, change our demands, and change our focus!

There is only one solution!  Sending International troops, planes, and ships to Gaza now to stop the genocide and provide safe passage for all humanitarian aid for Gaza, to be distributed and coordinated by the UN, and without interference by Israel or the United States.

There are TWO options: One is sending in UN Peacekeepers and including all countries who want to send in additional troops under UN General Assembly leadership, OR, Individual countries sending in their own troops or collectively with other countries. Both are viable and both have their own inherent strengths and weaknesses. We advocate that the basis of unity and action must be “Troops on the ground, in the air, and on the sea, in Gaza Now!” We recognize that although the International Armed Forces (UN Peacekeepers or others) are critical in stopping Israel’s genocide in Gaza, they will constitute an occupying army as well.  And thus, they have a responsibility to treat all people and groups in Gaza who have, are, and will be fighting against the Israeli occupation, as legal entities and organizations representing the people of Gaza, and in no way will they be militarily or politically targeted as “enemy combatants”. Any plan that respects the above, we unite with and encourage others to do.

This global action of putting pressure on our respective governments to initiate and support the UN General Assembly “Uniting for Peace Resolution”, should be our one and only focus of actions at this moment.  We propose a focused strategic move to “slow down” the flow of capital globally on a daily basis by utilizing picket-lines until the UN troops are in Gaza, and the Israeli armed forces are NOT. Thus creating the material conditions for both the UN to clearly see that they not only  have a global mandate to immediately bring in UN Peacekeepers into Gaza, but that the world supports their actions if done expeditiously and firmly, and that the global movement to stop the genocide in Gaza, sees that  the UN can play an immediate and vital role in stopping the  genocide, but only under the watchful and demanding eyes of the world!

Slowing down “business as usual” at as many ports globally as possible and simultaneously slowing down “business as usual” at as many Israeli Embassies and Consulates as possible globally is NOT just another protest; this strategy has only very clear and succinct goal. To immediately force the majority of the countries in the UN General Assembly to take an unprecedented stand in circumventing the US Security Council Veto by demanding an immediate Emergency Special Session of the General Council to vote on the "Uniting for Peace" resolution that allows the General Assembly to circumvent a Security Council veto with a 2/3 majority of the General Assembly ONLY!

The bottom line is that if there are NOT armed troops on the ground, in the air, and on the sea in Gaza IMMEDIATELY, that first off Israel will continue their already accelerated push for their “Final Solution” for Gaza, the horrific potential conclusion which may be only weeks away.  And secondly, that even if humanitarian aid is able to penetrate the Israeli air, land and sea blockade of Gaza, as long as Israel militarily controls Gaza, any aid or even self-sufficiency as farming, can never be distributed to those who need it. Now is NOT the time to debate but to act, a month from now may be too late for those of Gaza.

As of today June 12th, 2025 Israel has done two additional things in Gaza, that should make it very clear that they are getting ready to institute in total their “final solution”.  1. Israel has destroyed the one remaining cell tower in Northern Gaza, creating an almost total Blackout of any news or social media being able to be transmitted out of Gaza, and 2. They have shut down the few remaining financial platforms that individuals and agencies have been able to get money into Gaza for what little food or medical supplies can be bought. Activists globally may feel that we must debate strategies and tactics to stop the genocide, but the people of Gaza do not agree! Now is the time to act! Without troops IMMEDIATELY assisting in the air over Gaza, on the ground in Gaza, and on the sea around Gaza, Israels’ final solution” for Gaza will happen, and death by slow starvation or being blown apart from a bomb will be the alternatives that that the world will leave for the people of Gaza! Do NOT let this happen

We have already seen these sparks, but as isolated acts of rebellion. Imagine if every isolated act of rebellion, no matter where or doing whatever, had the same demand; “UN Peacekeeping Troops into Gaza Immediately!”. One chant, one demand heard around the world, in many languages, but all focused on supporting our Palestinian sisters and brothers in stopping the genocide so that they can live and determine their future.

This is the living definition of SOLIDARITY

This whole proposal may sound farfetched, but I ask you, what are the other alternatives?

A step-by-step plan and timeline to stop the genocide in Gaza and to open all Aide Routes within 96 HOURS

                                                           The plan

Have one United Nations member country call for an emergency Special Session meeting of the General Assembly to immediately institute United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) resolution 377 A,  the "Uniting for Peace" resolution which states that “in any cases where the Security Council, because of a lack of unanimity among its five permanent members (P5), fails to act as required to maintain international security and peace, the General Assembly shall consider the matter immediately and may issue appropriate recommendations to UN members for collective measures, including the use of armed force when necessary, in order to maintain or restore international security and peace.” UNGA Resolution 377 A It was adopted 3 November 1950 and has been used multiple times by the General Assembly to override UN Security Council Permanent Member Vetoes. There have been situations where the UN has utilized the “Uniting for Peace” resolution, and troops have been deployed within 13 days.  Let’s make it quicker!

When the Call by the first country for a joint UN Emergency Special Session, ALL “picket-lines” begin globally at the shipping Ports and Israeli embassies worldwide. Put direct pressure on all countries to initiate an immediate vote for this resolution.
There will be only one demand, “UN General Assembly vote on and employ "Uniting for Peace" resolution, Send armed UN PEACEKEEPERS into Gaza immediately”.

The UN Resolution will clearly state:

·         UN Peacekeepers (and all countries willing to assist the UN Peacekeepers utilizing air, sea and ground support under UN leadership), will be tasked immediately to stop the slaughter and ethnic cleansing in Gaza and the Occupied Territories by the Israeli occupying forces!

·         All aid routes (by land, air, and sea) to be opened immediately, and protected by UN troops. All humanitarian aid will be delivered and distributed by UNRWA and any additional sources that they choose. No Israeli or US intervention or private contractors.

Once the Resolution is passed, the picket-lines must grow even stronger and raise a new demand globally as the countdown begins. The new demand at this time becomes “Within 96 hours UN troops must be on the ground, in the air, and on the sea in Gaza!   Stop all military actions and blockades by Israel against Gaza. UNRWA in Gaza and ALL aid routes open and protected by UN Peacekeepers! US/Israeli contractors out of Gaza now! Swift military retaliation on any Israeli attacks on civilians or UN troops.

All picket-lines in all participating countries demanding that their government send additional troops, planes, ships, and any other necessary armaments to halt the Israeli bombings, sniping, homes schools, and hospital demolitions in Gaza, and demand that this happens within 72 hours.

All actions will continue until Isreal ceases all aggression against the Palestinian people. If Israel launches attacks from within Israel against the people of Gaza or anywhere within Palestine, the UN Peacekeepers will be mandated to retaliate appropriately to neutralize the threat.

That’s it. Let’s get moving, every minute wasted is more innocent Palestinian people dying or injured.
