I brought Marcos to the attention that we did receive the wrong body not exactly as he said what happened was:

On September 18th 2018 (12 days after LCpl Ronald Valentin's body was found) my family and I went to the airport to pick up Ronald's remains. We waited for 45 minutes as they did paperwork, spoke, looked at the casket, and brought the casket down from the plane. I noticed immediately that the casket was wrong, I said "my son serves our country and you bring him in a shitty wooden box, not the beautiful casket I had hand picked." I was told that it would be changed at the funeral home later. They did the entire bereavement and everything was fine until we were leaving the airport. Ronald's Captain called the funeral director asking where everyone was, the director told him we were on our way to the funeral home with Ronald's body we had just received. He said, "No, I am standing right next to his body." We turned around and headed back to the airport, my son Wesley and the director went to return the wrong body in the wooden box and get my sons body in the casket I had picked. It was the most disrespectful thing I could have experienced. You can't make this stuff up. My son never even got his bereavement the right way. Then we left the airport to the funeral home. We buried my son on September 22nd.
