Abnormally high kill rates at Memphis Animal Services are evident.They kill puppies and kittens only weeks old when they are clearly adoptable.Memphis Animal Services often keep animals in "stray" holds which are not seen by the public and are dependant on animal lovers to share them on social media.This must be stopped.
