All those in support of this proposal say hell, YES . As we see from contamination in other states particular in Michigan my hometown, there are 2 cities that are forced to live in the reality of poisoned water Kalamazoo and Flint these residents are coming down with diseases that no human being should ever have. Therefore the squeaky wheel gets the grease and we will not back down from this very important issue of safe & clean water and contaminate free - land. The sacrifice from all of the environmental groups involved in different capacities should not be in vain in SLO County. Attention supporters if you are not aware of it, up and down San Luis Obispo County there is contaminated water from one source or another and our elected officials are dragging their feet and want to keep this a hidden secret to themselves. Can you imagine if a tourist came here and became aware that the water is contaminated with Arsenic/ Nitrates and other chemicals that it could cause 'blue baby syndrome' disease in their infants/child the county would lose tons of revenue each year. That is why it is mum on the lips of the officials in charge of keeping our water healthy. The residences of San Miguel in the northern side of San Luis Obispo County have bottled water delivered to them because there has been a contamination of arsenic and other chemicals for some years now. And The Residence at Southern San Luis Obispo County are unaware of this travesty occurring. In addition, San Luis Obispo County has the title of the 3rd County in the state of California that has the highest level of cancer. Enough is enough transparency has to occur and this problem has to be corrected before you have major lawsuit on your hands.
