Please provide the explanation of the "consumer confidence rule". I 'm making a citizen complaint on the water and air quality follow up on enforcement and compliance information for the city of San Miguel, California. The town's water/air has a history of numerous serious/significant/ violation with water and air quality. My major concern is the Pleasant Valley School. I'm requesting a "Freedom of Information Act" for the years of Jan 2009 to Oct 2017 on a CD format for a comprehensive history on the discovery dates and treatment history for all toxic chemicals/substances at the school and the whole city at large.
