Possible insider trading leading up to the award contract!

Rep. Tim Ryan (D-Ohio) raised questions Monday about a $54.2 million trade in Oshkosh’s stock the night before the contract award was announced. Ryan asked the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to investigate.

“It definitely stinks and needs to be looked into at the highest levels,” Ryan told Bloomberg News. “If that is not suspicious, I don’t know what is. Somebody clearly knew something.”
