Sadly, the auction went through. Even though some of the parcels were indeed pulled, still hundreds of acres were auctioned off to oil and fracking companies. After all our opposition, protests, and words of pleading to reconsider, our government turned their checks. So what happens now? Veterans join our cause! Veterans, some from Standing Rock, have been contacting us asking how they can help Save the Wayne. Some plan on going to the Wayne themselves! The oil companies may think they can just ignore us, but with the Veterans on our side, our opposition has only grown stronger. As more people join our cause, I will send out more updates. The Fundly is still alive as well to help the Wayne, and, of course, like our Facebook pages to get info on the Forest and our more detailed plans of action. Continue fighting my friends.
