Pam Hupp was sentenced today in the murder of Louis Gumpenberger to life in prison without parole pursuant to an Alford plea. Hupp did not admit guilt only that the state had enough evidence to convict her. Pam laughed, smiled and smirked. When ask questions about her attorneys she said she didn’t remember. Hupp never admitted guilt or apologized. Gumpenberger’s sister gave a heart wrenching statement. She called Hupp inhuman, a serial killer and having no conscious. Gumpenberger’s sister expressed her disappointment in the prosecution for failing to make her admit her crimes or get the death penalty. Russ Faria was present and spoke with the media afterwards. He was solemn and dignified in his demand for justice for his slain wife Betsy.
The only hope left for justice rests on Mike Wood the new Lincoln County prosecuting attorney to get justice for the families and the community. We promise we will be there when he does. As always tell everyone you know about Lincoln County Corruption and the need for justice.
