United States Congressmembers, you need to impeach Donald J. Trump right now!

The Issue

On his first two days as President of the United States, Donald J. Trump already committed multiple impeachable offenses—from attempting to change the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution to putting the threat of fatal and/or harm directly in the ways of John Bolton and other individuals, as well as of allies such as Ukraine and Israel.

Previously, Donald J. Trump incited an attempted coup on January 6, 2021 — and he pardoned every single known and suspected perpetrator of that attempted coup. Prior to January 6, 2021, he had been illegitimately elected to the office of the president of the United States — even going out of his way to encourage supporters to intimidate and threaten electors.

Both Special Counselors Robert Mueller, and Jack Smith found that Donald J. Trump was in fact illegitimately elected as president in 2016, although neither either would or could prosecute him. Now Donald J. Trump, even though he was legitimately elected on November 5, 2024, is once again abusing the power of the president of the United States to violate and degrade the Constitution of the United States of America.
