Waiting in the wings

I have been to a number of public meetings recently and have observed other land developers in attendance. These land developers never speak up and are typically the first to leave the building. Do you suppose that Webster Creek Mitigation Bank is just the beginning of something bigger? Mosquito Lagoon Aquatic Preserve needs to be protected!
