As I am waiting to hear more developements as a result of this amazing petition, I have another issue we can all be a 'voice' for. This amazing 12 year old girl, Maria, has started a petition to the Mesa Public School District to end Field Trips to the marinepark, Seaworld. As abusive as canned Lion hunting is is Africa, is as abusive as Seaworld is to the animals they hold captives. I so applaud this child's desire not to add to the suffering of any animals, that I am asking for signatures to her petition as well. When I first made you aware of Maria's petition, there were 437 signatures, as a result of YOUR networking and dedication to the animals of the world, this petition now sits at 6,309, which is wonderful....but not yet good enough. Let's really get the Mesa Public School District's attention.... please sign and share for this young warrior... she wants the cruelty to end for the 'Wolves of the Sea' as much as we want the cruelty to the Lions of the Savannah to end.
