When it came to Nigeria, the colonialists ignored boundaries between nations, empires and ethnic groups and imposed an egregious administrative framework that the Nigeria army has perpetrated since 1966.
 
Nigeria’s ethnic groups have no shared values and no common vision for the country. Ethnic and religious rivalry and tensions are intractable. The world must accept that Nigeria is a Tower of Babel destined to fall. We believe the 1991 Soviet solution will dismantle Nigeria peacefully.
