Hopefully Mr. Astakhov will not capitulate to the Norwegian child protection services Barnevarne. If Mr. Astakhov and Russia, a Nation with veto power at United Nations, are not in position to deal with ruthless social workers then, what hope is left for unjustly persecuted parents and children? In spite of Mr. Astakhov comments in the article on the link below, about the Norway Constitution and the interpretation of The Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), he has must know that the Convention is an international treaty that overrides domestic laws and tries to bypasses Constitutional Rights. But Commissioner of Children's Rights, Mr. Astakhov may not be aware that the Convention is the source of social workers legitimized abuses as well as the agreement that opened the floodgate to merchants of children. All 193 Nations made Child Rights a political issue and therefore, all Nations have the obligation to their citizens to stop the on going genocide. It can not longer be ignored, let alone participate in the genocide. Mr. Astakhov on November 12th at Minsk don't let the Special Representative of UN pull the wool over your eyes. Parental Alienation too must be included in the agenda. Make a change for Russian as well as for global parents and children. http://en.itar-tass.com/world/758373
