Parents, Grandparents and Signatories, November 20th, 2014 is a day of mourning for millions of displaced children and alienated parents around the globe. To celebrate the 25 anniversary of the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) is an aberration. The CRC is the most deceiving and cruelest international treaty in history. Under the disguise of children's rights and protection, corporations, governments and a host of independent entrepreneurs have created empires without borders for generations to come. Those merchants only product are alienated and stolen children, shuffled around innocent creatures, over medicated minors merciless traded and finally sold in the adoption market. The Committee on the Rights of the Child shielded under the CRC continues to influence the child trade mandating all governments to change their national Family Law and to incorporate in the State Constitution all of the Committee "Recommendations." Some countries have already complied with that mandate, specially in the area of custody, child support and as a result parents incarceration. Divorce, child support and alienation are a very significant parts of their mandate as expressed in the following statement, "The Committee emphasizes that this provision applies to all relevant judicial proceedings affecting the child, without limitations, including, for example. separation of parents, custody, care and adoption..." The Committee proceeds to explain, "Typical administrative proceeding include, for example, decisions about children's education, health, environment, living conditions or protection." The Committee clarifies that "States Parties need to introduce legislation or regulations to ensure that children have access to confidential medical counseling and advice WITHOUT parental consent, irrespective of the child's age..."
