Before being president, Mr. Obama is a father. A parent that seems to feel the pain and outrage of untimely, unjust and unexplained violent demise of children. Yesterday President Obama publicly weeped for the children gun down all over the country and everyday alienated parents silently weep for the children wipe out at the strike of a gavel. Same as guns, court gavels are legal weapons. In the wrong hands both are lethal arms with the power to vanish children, in the blink of an eye, physically and psychologically from their parents. As irreverent and unrelated as it may sound, the shock, pain and grief of parents loosing a child to a deranged subhuman or to unhinged institutions is the same. The children are dead or gone forever and parents live the rest of their life in anguish. Preventing massacre of children is a superhuman task requiring the strength and endurance of all citizens. But one person alone, The President, can with the stroke of pen outlaw parental alienation and violence against alienated parents and their children. President Obama willingness to exercise his Executive Power to outlaw parental alienation will be one of his greatest contribution to USA and the children of the world.
