Bruno is the name of a black Labrador who was mercilessly killed by 3 people in Kerala, India. This petition needs to be signed so as to voice a protest against animal abuse and murder. Let the fight begin to punish the perpetrators of the crime. Justice needs to b done to the innocent departed soul.

The need of the hour is to bring about a change in the existing laws in Indian constitution pertaining to animal rights, their safety and security. This petition is just a medium to bring to the fore the heinous crime which is not the first one in India and if appropriate steps are not taken, it will not be the last case in India.
