The Point of NO RETURN - (is getting closer, the Oceans are filling up with waste)

The Issue

TEAA    CAN STOP ANYMORE WASTE FROM ENTERING THE OCEANS.......

35 years ago over 150+ Countries signed the UN Laws of The Sea Convention agreeing to stop waste entering the oceans. (None of them comply)
"if" they had done what TEAA (The Extraction Action Alliance) wants to implement now, then the Oceans would NOT be in the mess they are today !

MAKE THEM ALL COMPLY WITH THE LAW, BEFORE IT IS TO LATE !

SECTION 5. (reads)

INTERNATIONAL RULES AND NATIONAL
LEGISLATION
TO PREVENT, REDUCE AND CONTROL
POLLUTION OF THE MARINE ENVIRONMENT
Article 207; Pollution from land-based sources

1. States shall adopt laws and regulations to prevent, reduce and control
pollution of the marine environment from land-based sources, including
rivers, estuaries, pipelines and outfall structures, taking into account
internationally agreed rules, standards and recommended practices and
procedures.

2. States shall take other measures as may be necessary to prevent,
reduce and control such pollution
