This change will affect our country and the world in how oil is cleaned up and responded to.  It will protect the environment and all the amazing creatures of this planet.  It will save money in the long run and make industries more productive in areas like fishing and tourism. It will also have major health benefits on the people who share this earth, when there are less contaminants, there is less sickness. We want the United Nations to impose more rule to prevent these kind of issues in the future
