Just to give an update. The judge has granted my motion to proceed in forma pauperis (without payment of fees or court cost) which given my financial status was not surprised to have it granted. But the big one is my motion to file an amended complaint adding Governor Stitt as a defendant. So it is now officially underway to the US Supreme Court Case number 24-CV-190-JFH Bolin v State of Oklahoma and Governor Kevin Stitt for the restoration of rights to the Cherokee tribal lands in Oklahoma and the complete freedom and independence of the Cherokee people.
