Congratulations and thanks everyone, we have reached over 400 signatures. Thank you so much everyone but I encourage everyone to continue sharing and encouraging others to help us make a real change in the world. Now for the latest in the court developments.

As of this morning I have submitted an amendment to the case to include Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt as a Defendant. This is to prohibit the case from dismissal on the grounds of sovereign immunity by the use of the Ex parte Young provision which allows for government officials to be named directly in matters where a party is trying to bring a state into compliance with Federal law as we are doing here. 

I am also working on creating another amendment to circumvent what I believe may be the next best option for the state, and that would be to request a dismissal on the grounds of statute of limitations. To this this I am collecting cases that support the fact that the defense of the states assumed rights over tribal land is no new issue and has been hotly debated since statehood. By establishing a timeline of events to statehood I would be invalidating any claims they may make to dismiss by saying they have controlled the lands for over a century uncontested.
