Thank you everyone for your support so far, we are at 145 signatures and I thought I would share with you the latest in the case. The state Supreme Court in Oklahoma City has ordered the state of Oklahoma to respond to my argument by no later then April 5, 2024. After the state has filed their response then the 9 justices would deliberate on the motion and in the event the court denies my motion then I will be filing with the U.S. District court in Muskogee. So rest assured this would not be the end of the road but quite possibly the begging of a long, hard fought battle. But with enough people supporting this motion we will win the nation that was stolen from our ancestors and the financial stability to lift all Cherokee out of poverty. Please continue to share and please spare 5 minutes to call the chiefs of both the Cherokee Nation and United Keetoowah Band and tell them to support Bolin v. Oklahoma.
