This was a 5th year anniversary trip to celebrate life. Friends and relatives along with monthly saving for 5 years paid for his ticket. United Airlines refused to insure him due to pre-existing condition---heart transplant. Now that Greg's doctors say he can not go, his wife, Elise is trying to get his ticket refunded and hopefully he will have good enough health sometime in the future to try again. Elise found out that you must be TERMINAL to get a refund and sometimes even that does not turn United's heart.
