June was a busy month, which saw the first issue of our zine, United Against Evil, published and distributed across several states. If you snagged a copy please let us know in our SubStack Subscriber Chat and share a few thoughts about your favorite article. We'd love to hear from you.
We hope you're continuing to cultivate hope and answer the call to resist and get into some good trouble when you can. Let's continue to stand united against evil and tyranny and encourage one another as we face the dying of the old world and set about birthing the new world together.

As we seek out how best to make a meaningful impact on the side of justice, we must follow the lead of the Palestinian resistance groups that have long fought against these injustices and now call upon us for solidarity in action.
The BDS movement has called out the technologies of violence that have enabled this live-streamed genocide and requested all people of conscience join them in the boycott of Microsoft's Xbox and others who profit from the surveillance, subjugation, imprisonment, and mass murder of the Palestinian people.
The BDS movement's strategy calls for consumer boycotts, divestment/exclusion, and pressure campaigns for maximum effectiveness against multiple targets. Beyond boycotts (which we're well versed in by now), divestment/exclusion campaigns mean the denial of contracts/investments, and pressure campaigns may include a combination of lobbying, disruptions, employee-led movements, and boycotts (when alternatives exist).
Learn more about these targets on the BDS site or by reading our full blog post. All of the companies listed here are being targeted for divestment/exclusion. Additionally, some are also being targeted for multi-pronged pressure campaigns or consumer boycotts.

As we all seek to do our part, and make the impacts we can where we're planted let's also remember to rest and replenish our wells for the many battles that lie ahead of us. We hope you, dear reader, are able to unplug from the constant barrage of bad news that's intended to mire your heart in despair and find moments of joy that remind you what you're fighting for.
As Mariame Kaba reminds us, "hope is a discipline," and we must be intentional in our practice. So, stay encouraged and actively seek out good news whenever you can. The folks building the world we want for each other will never steal the headlines from the sensational combustion of the old world. Nevertheless, they toil steadfastly so they're easily found, doing the sometimes thankless work, and there's space beside them for us all to chip in our time, resources, and talents as we're able.
In solidarity and hope,
Unite Against Evil
