Amazing!!

Happy Friday! The response to our grassroots outreach has been amazing. Less than a week, and we are closing in on 500 signatures on our petition. Our next moves are to pass out flyers door to door in Perry - anyone got a team of Huskies to help with that? - and keep working on the legal basis for challenging any decisions by the County Planning Commission favorable to the quarry. This is tedious and time consuming. If anyone has expertise in zoning, land use codes or environmental law, please let me know. Meanwhile keep up the momentum, share the word about this truly obnoxious plan with your friends, and get their signatures. Can we get to one thousand before the comission hearing on the 8th?
