Hola!

We’re in a position to take ownership of the property and would love some community support via this petition.  We’ve been working in this deal for almost 5 year and we’re pumped to see it finally coming to fruition. 

We’re the same peeps that came to town and converted the Old St Mary’s into apartments, rehabbed and founded the cutest little wine shop known as the Hoosac Package. We also have 15 years of Real Estate expensive through NYS (primarily Albany and Troy). 

Now that we’re nearing the end of construction at the Unihog, we’re hoping to keep building our community with the property next door. 

We plan to build a gym, a brewery, a Car Culture type shop and 18 residential units (think tiny homes enclosed within the warehouse). All ideas welcome though. We don’t intend to run these businesses, but hopefully setting someone else up for success that can make a similar impact.
