GREAT NEWS FELLOW RATE PAYERS!

I got a confirmation today that the State of Florida Attorney General’s office will accept a group consumer complaint from me on behalf of the signers of our Petition regarding the excessive Power Cost Adjustment charges to our electric bills. The contact I spoke with was very helpful and interested in the particulars of our complaint and said that they should be able to help us! They are mailing out the official form, to initiate the complaint today. I will complete it and return it as soon as possible to get the ball rolling.

This is a major positive development for our cause and I believe our fastest path to relief and satisfaction! I am very excited about this and I hope all of you are also! I hope this rejuvenates some of your fire and enthusiasm – I think you are all getting tired of hearing about it – BUT PLEASE!  This is no time to quit! We have gotten further than anyone has ever and we will win this battle - if we remain committed and steadfast – PLEASE - continue to help me help you!  

This is important going forward, because I am filing this as a group complaint. From time to time I might ask you to forward something in support of our claim. An example of this would be the billing information I requested some days ago – the response was poor. So again I will ask - I need evidence or examples of excessive charges on bills. If you could forward me copies of two bills any two months - for 2022 and the same months in 2021 – to evidence the excessive increase. It would be so helpful! Of course the name, address and account number can be blacked out, identity is unimportant!
