In continuation of the below update:

All our evidence (both hard and soft copies) has been submitted to the police by the homebuyers, including the relevant NCLT order pages and paragraphs clearly specifying what interest can be legally charged.

Any charge beyond what is permitted by the NCLT order amounts to forgery, cheating, intimidation, and contempt of court — all of which are punishable offences under law.

The entire case file and collected material will now be forwarded to the ACP for a decision regarding the registration of an FIR.
