POLICE ACTION UPDATE – SURAKSHA INTEREST EXPLOITATION CASE
Following continuous follow-ups with the ACP and Joint CP, and under directions of ACP, Noida, a police-assisted verification was carried out today at Suraksha Realty Office, Sector-128, Noida.

Key Findings (On Record):
Suraksha admitted to charging compound interest (“interest on interest”) before the police.
Police termed this practice as “unlawful compounding.”
Suraksha was directed to submit the following documents:
Full NCLT Order relied upon.
Year-wise interest calculator used for demand computation.
Full complete Justification for escalation of interest dues from ₹3 lakh to ₹19 lakh in step by step.
Police also confirmed that multiple homebuyers have lodged similar complaints.
All evidence collected will be forwarded to the ACP for a decision on FIR registration.
Note: More homebuyers coming forward will make our case much stronger.
