Esteemed Signatories & Guardians of Equity,

As of October 31, 2025, our petition has 473 signatures. This is strong support for over 20,000 homebuyers in Noida who have been waiting since 2011. Suraksha Realty (formerly Jaypee Infratech) is not following the rules. We need real action, not just complaints.

Here's the proof:

The NCLT approved the Resolution Plan on March 7, 2023. It canceled ₹3,539 crore in interest claims.
The Supreme Court supported this in Chitra Sharma v. Union of India (August 9, 2018).
RERA Section 31 requires fair treatment for buyers.

Core Violations—Undeniable & Actionable:

Unauthorized Charges: Transfer fees escalated from ₹29,500/unit to ₹750/sq. ft., unapproved—breach of IBC §30(2) & RERA §18. Demands now inflate to ₹5-10 lakhs/unit.

Coercive Extortion: 20%+ compounded interest persists post-moratorium (IBC §14), with fabricated SOAs (samples attached) threatening cancellations.

Authority Defiance: On October 16, 2025, at Sector 126 Police Chowki in Noida, a Suraksha Realty representative boldly declared over the phone—clearly audible to all present—that the company could impose any interest charges at will, ignoring police authority; this brazen act was witnessed and confirmed by multiple homebuyers

These acts constitute systemic fraud (IPC §420/406), eroding Uttar Pradesh's governance edifice and national investor trust. Unchecked, they imperil UP's ₹1 lakh crore realty surge (Budget 2025).

Solemn Mandate to Our Leaders:

Hon'ble Shri Narendra Modi Ji, Prime Minister: As IBC pioneer, command MCA/IBBI for immediate probe under Consumer Protection Act, 2019—waive illicit dues, penalize ₹3,539 Cr evasion, and expedite possessions. Your "Sabka Vikas" demands no less.

Hon'ble Shri Yogi Adityanath Ji, UP CM: Invoke zero-tolerance decree—order Principal Secretary (Housing) for 30-day inquiry, RERA §18 compensations (12% p.a.), and Noida Police safeguards against coercion. Bulldoze this corporate overreach to fortify UP's justice bastion.
