Transparency is key in this fight. The petition's rock-solid on the NCLT's March 7, 2023, order, which extinguished all pre-CIRP interest/penalties (₹3,539 Cr gone forever) for a clean slate under IBC Sec 31. 

"All penalties, charges... shall be permanently extinguished upon Approval Date.”

No revival allowed—Suraksha's SOAs fabricating ₹1.25L (2019) to ₹19L (2025) is outright defiance.

What evidence does Suraksha have for these demands? Original agreements (~18%) don't override NCLT waivers for both sides. Their coercion (threats of cancellation) breaches the plan.
