I use Quotev to publish my creative writing to the world. I have all the data and everything on my school computer.

Just today, they blocked Quotev using the spyware disguised as a "child safety and website monitoring software" known as Securly. I have hundreds of readers on Quotev (in total), and I made a promise to each and every one of them that I wouldn't just disappear like other people on the platform have. I swore that I would at least tell them in the very unlikely occasion that a work of mine was discontinued, and now I can only contact them for a minute at a time before Securly kicks in and blocks the site. I only have enough time to share this petition with those who count on me.

For privacy reasons online, I will be emailing the school this petition from my anonymous main account, so those who see it online cannot trace it back to me.

Besides, there is a CREATIVE WRITING club at my school- and blocking a site that I use to share said creative writing with the world is unjust.
