Did You Know? Michigan passed Anti-Electronic Harassment Law, including life in prison. This is Michigan (Public Law 256-2003 and 257-2003). Effective January 1, 2004. Ten years later and the rest of the nation and the world are still in the dark regarding this matter. Excerpt from Public Law 256-2003: "Harmful electronic or electromagnetic device" means a device designed to emit or radiate or that, as a result of its design, emits or radiates an electronic or electromagnetic pulse, current beam, signal, or microwave that is intended to cause harm to others or cause damage to, destroy, or disrupt any electronic or telecommunications system or device, including, but not limited to,a computer, computer network, or computer system.
