Dear World Heritage Species friends and supporters! We are honoured and delighted to report that World Heritage Species has a terrific article in The Guardian, published April 27, 2016. Written by Mr. Jeremy Hance - a freelance journalist, a blogger with The Guardian and a senior correspondent of Mongabay, one of the world’s most popular and respected environmental websites, the article is a thoughtful and insightful analysis of the concept of World Heritage species that outlines its history and presents its possibilities with great understanding and foresight. We are honoured that our initiative now has the benefit of Mr. Hance's journalistic calibre and experience. Mr. Hance’s passion for and dedication to the themes of conservation are evident in his writing. He is also the author of “Life is Good: Conservation in an Age of Mass Extinction". The book received a starred review from Publisher’s Weekly. Thank you Mr. Hance from all of us at World Heritage Species for this special presentation. Thank you as well to all our signatories for your continued support of World Heritage Species. Link to the article is provided below.
