Tutto è regolamentato e tracciato nel “prima”:
pedigree, microchip, selezione, iscrizioni, competizioni.
Sono allenato a trottare, saltare, correre.
Ma dopo la carriera… il vuoto.
Nessuna legge che riconosca i miei diritti.
Nessuna tutela obbligatoria.
Nessun “dopo”.
Adozioni, ricollocamenti, fortuna.
Non una garanzia.
Non un sistema.
Non una sicurezza.
Io guardo al dopo.

I exist before I become an athlete.
Article 13 of the TFEU says it clearly: I am a sentient being.
Everything in the “before” is regulated and tracked:
pedigree, microchip, selection, registrations, competitions.
I am trained to trot, jump, run.
But after my career… there is nothing.
No law recognizing my rights.
No mandatory protection.
No “after”.
Adoptions, rehoming, luck.
Not a guarantee.
Not a system.
Not a safeguard.
I’m looking toward the after.
