Every drop people forget what UMG does to all its customers across all music artist platforms. Amnesia happens because of FOMO and once items are released the process fighting UMG comes back every.single.time.

You need to take all the steps. Report to BBB, AG and FTC. Also, stop leaving reviews on Ferndale only, you NEED to leave reviews on UMG Nashvilles google listing (I provided links).

Next you write your 30 day demand letter for a full refund or to send the products immediately. They ended up refunding me for 3 orders that were all disasters and I am drowning in the plain Crystal Skies CDs. I ended up giving them to kids in my neighborhood, but the more you push back, we will have given them a warning for what comes  on April 19th if UMG can’t get their shit together. 

Every time there is a new drop for UMG artists, everyone forgets about the continuing issues with UMG and delivering accurate, intact and quality merch/music. It is not cheap to buy, but they make them cheap so they line their pockets more. Fight back. It works. 

Also, tag every new station you can to get them to put pressure on UMG. Use the hashtags #boycottumg #UMGMerchProblems

Dont give them room to make mistakes. This has been going on since 2017 that we can track.
