For $50 you would think they’d send you a quality packed item. HA! They don’t care and the lack of communication from UMG is infuriating.
A lot of us are shopping for the Holidays and these are supposed to be presents for the holidays! It takes on average 2-4 weeks for UMG to stop using the bots and escalate the situation to talk to a person. 
The lack of accountability is jaw dropping. They know that people will consume these products because of FOMO and they can send you damaged items, not reply or follow up with your claim, and charging astronomical pricing for merchandise and shipping. The most effective ways to get their attention is

a) boycott buying until the end of January 2024. If we don’t give them our money, they won’t get their multi million dollar bonuses

b)file your complaints with the FTC, AG and BBB. Provide all proof including emails, pictures etc

c) LEAVE REVIEWS!!!! The Ferndale location is getting upset. While no one is thinking to leave a negative review for UMG itself for neglect of quality control and customer service. 
I included links in the main body of the petition for all the steps you need to take to really get justice. 
If we can make egg prices drop and get a 4 year old song to top the charts, imagine what we can do to change the system that is so broken because of UMG.
You can share this petition on all social media platforms and tag UMG, Bravado (they supply the crappy products, UMG just distributes and packages them), Taylor Nation and Taylor herself. You can also tag other artists that use UMG. I faced the same issues with ordering merch two years in a row with Shawn Mendes.
Please help all fans that have the same issue with UMG and help everyone benefit from all the actions we are taking. Share to the media also. BuzzFeed News and HuffPost report on TS a lot.
