Since everyone has started to put matters into our own hands and put pressure on UMG, Victor Thomas, the VP of UMG has sent out an email with complete BS. So I think leaving reviews on Google should work.
Even if you didn’t order TS merch and it’s another artist from UMG, let your voices be heard!
Below is a list to leave reviews, complaints and leave a paper trail which only strengthens our cases.
The goal is to flood them with our disappointment, frustration and make them figure out a solution. Their reign of ripping people off is over. Put pressure on them for their horrible customer service, their horrible merchandise that’s overpriced, and how they take advantage of people and create FOMO.
Dont forget to mention the bots that they have you “email”, rumors of blacklisting if you ask for your money back, as well as deceiving practices.

Whether you’re a Swiftie or favor another artist that uses UMG, let your voice get loud. BuzzFeed News is reporting on the practices used with TS merchandise. Let’s ask them to focus on UMG as a whole entity.
If anyone that is reading this wants to help with this campaign (you don’t have to be a TS fan, just that you’ve been a victim of UMG) I’d love to hear from you as well. I will be starting a Gmail account just for your stories, pictures and evidence that they just don’t care about us, we are paying their salaries. A boycott would be an amazing movement, and a lot of us are working on it to figure out logistics, when I hear from people, I will update again!
