Response from BBB and UMG….

For those that said BBB wouldn’t work…I want to show you what happened. 
Remember it was a holiday week, so it took time for them to reply, but you think BBB won’t do anything, you’re missing out on humbling a large corporation who drains us of money and ships us broken, defective and garbage a lot of times. File your claims with BBB and see how fast you get a reply. ��� They are even sending via FedEx to get to me quicker. File those claims with BBB. You deserve quality customer service and quality items. I just got an email from UMG telling me my items are being shipped as well. I will not close the BBB claim until my items are in good condition and not destroyed.
