This is not a laughing matter, this is utterly disgusting. 9 copies out of 60 ( that’s SIXTY) vinyls that are damaged.

UMG refuses to treat brick and mortar/indie stores with a little more respect than us TS Fans. I’m sure these stores also get ignored by the UMG Customer Service they “provide” us with. This is unacceptable and we all deserve better merchandise and music without damage, getting lost in Ferndale, wrong items shipped out, items not shipping out at all. Where is quality control? They don’t care because we keep buying from UMG. In addition to signing this petition, maybe we all think about boycotting UMG? We need to stop them from FOMO, hold them accountable for horrible quality merchandise and music. The insanity of pricing out merchandise that’s made out of the USA by child labor.

How about we demand that the Indie Stores get a better deal on the albums to make it a comparable and competitive market? UMG won’t cut Indie Stores deals because they don’t want them to profit like they should, and they don’t want us to go anywhere else to buy music. That’s shady. Thats Capitalism at its finest. Remember, the working class makes them rich. They live off of our backs. we need to collectively put our feet down and advocate for ourselves, Indie Stores and stop UMG from their deceptive practices. 

According to Kinder Law, (the lawyer taking Ticketmaster to Federal Court)these are the steps we should take to overwhelm UMG, 13 Management and Taylor Nation. We ALL need to open a case with BBB and the States Attorney General in your state. Let’s make this happen!
