Ultra Music Festival organizers have decided not to refund concert goers for the postponement of the 2020 festival.  This is an absolute injustice an unfair as we would like our funds returned.  We cannot predict what the future entails and holding our money for a year or two plus to attend your festival is absolutely wrong.

Ultra Music Festival has been very profitable for years and they have business risks like every company.   They should have insurance and a proper crises management team to do what is best for their clients.  In this case the only acceptable outcome is a full refund.

This is the beginning of the end if you don't do what your loyal fans want.  I am sure Ultra will never be the same if you don't reverse your decision.
