If you're reading this then you would have seen, supported and shared my petition and for that I offer my eternal gratitude. I am thankful for how much momentum this has achieved. Reaching over 10,000 in less than a month was astounding, so thank you.
As many of you will know, Scotland has previously announced their suspension of exportation of rioting gear to the US. It is heartbreaking and exhausting to see the rest of the UK hadn't followed suit.
I am sending this now because though mainstream media may not be covering the protests currently, protests are still occurring. Black people are still being victimised; we only need to look at the case of Elijah McClain and the St Louis couple pointing their guns unashamed at our protesters to realise we have a long way to go.
As ever, I am urging you all to contact your MPs, start conversations and never give up this fight.
It has been ever so heartwarming reading all of your comments on why you are signing this petition, this only shows how in solidarity, we shall never fail.
Growth is best measured through change. Now is our time to instigate it.
