Unfortunately it is becoming more and more common that our beloved feline friends are being stolen from right under our noses, yet have no legal backing. This petition is to ensure that when our cats are stolen, that the police can assist a case. They are legal property to their owners. Organisations that are there to "protect" our cats aren't of any use, its time there was a law that protected us all, owners and cats.
