Police issue me with a ticket �

I have recently been issued with a £90 fine from the police due to me sharing facts regarding the sex offender who abused my daughter and then continued to live a life under a different name without informing the police. I am definitely not paying the fine and requested a court date. I have also requested for a meeting with the inspector at our local police force. I will keep you updated. This is unbelievable. What is the system coming too?
