We are calling for the UK Government to make it law that all UK pet professionals should have a pet first aid qualification. 

The Safe Pets and People Campaign is calling for any service provider where your pet is left with a professional, for example dog groomers, dog walkers or pet sitters, to have first aid training, so they can act quickly if the animal is injured or becomes unwell. 

The Safe Pets and People Campaign is driven by pet professionals, who recognise this issue and want to find practical ways to make a difference, leveling up our industries and keeping pets and people safe.
