I am absolutely disgusted, as I'm sure you all are, at the pathetic, and frankly insulting sentence handed out which was as follows:

Charlene Latham was fined £80, was ordered to pay £200 costs and a £32 victim surcharge, and given a 12-month community order. She was banned from keeping dogs for 3 years!  So in 3 short years legally, this despicable excuse for a human can have the responsibility of another dog. Outrageous!
